You can purchase your items online to have them delivered directly to your door. Here you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery and managing your order.

Shipping & Delivery

SpiderMall uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you’ll see your item description, price, shipping fee and delivery timing

Standard shipping

Standard shipping is available on in-stock items. You can see in your bag if your item qualifies. For certain order types, including orders paid for with financing or by bank transfer. Cut-offs apply. See checkout for delivery dates.

Fast shipping

Fast shipping is available on any in-stock items. You can see in your bag if your item qualifies. For certain order types, including orders paid for with financing or by bank transfer. Cut-offs apply. See checkout for delivery dates. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. box addresses.

Guaranteed shipping services

Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order, for an additional higher fee:

Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order. A signature may be required for delivery.

Available to Ship Time

The ‘Available to ship’ time is an estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse. For example, if an item displays “Available to ship: 1 business day” the item will leave our warehouse 1 business day after you place your order. While SpiderMall works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, personalized, custom-configured, and more popular items may have longer ship times. Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times.

Shipping Cost

We NOW offer free shipping on all orders. Orders between $1~$499 ship via USPS; Orders between $500~$999 ship via UPS 2 Day; Orders over $1000 will be eligible for UPS NEXT DAy shipping for free..

Puerto Rico

Average transit time is 2-5 days. Carriers deliver to Culebra and Vieques twice per week. Overnight shipping is available to some zip codes for an additional cost.

What’s Next?

Once your order is placed, we send information about your order by email. If you have multiple items on your order, you may receive additional emails for each item.

Order notification

The order notification email provides a summary of the items on your order. If you chose to have an item delivered, the order notification will display the delivery address and a Delivers date. You can click this to view your order status in online Order Status.

Shipment Notification

If you chose to have an item delivered, we’ll send a shipment notification email when the item leaves our warehouse. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a delivery date. You can click the tracking number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Text Notifications

We send updates by text message, so you can stay updated on your delivery or pickup order. Just add your mobile number at checkout to receive these notifications. The number of messages you’ll receive will vary depending on the orders you placed.

What to Expect?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a text message. This will include your order number and a link to the tracking information. We will also send you texts on the day of delivery or after your item has been delivered, depending on your selected delivery method, country and carrier. You may receive between 1-4 text messages per item on your order.

Changing Text Message Preferences

You can edit your mobile phone number at any time by signing in to your account and editing the delivery or pickup notification preferences for your order. Your privacy is important to SpiderMall. Carrier Delivery Options

SpiderMall chooses which carrier will deliver your shipment, and some of our shipments require a signature. Your Shipment Notification email will tell you whether a signature is required. The carrier may make subsequent delivery attempts before returning the shipment to SpiderMall. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

If you are unavailable to provide a signature, SpiderMall offers three easy options for you to receive your package.

Option 1: Call with SpiderMall once your order has shipped

Option 2: Sign to release your shipment to your address, an immediate neighbor, or a building manager

If you did not do anything for your package, and you were unavailable to provide a signature, the carrier will leave a Delivery Notice on your door after the first delivery attempt.You can sign the Delivery Notice, specify a preferred delivery location (e.g., front door, back door, immediate neighbor, building manager), and leave the noticeon your door prior to the next delivery attempt. If you provide an address other than the one specified on the package, someone must sign for the package.

Option 3: Pick up package at carrier’s local facility

After the first delivery attempt, you can request to pick up your package at our carrier’s local facility. Call the number on the carrier’s Delivery Notice andinform the carrier you’d like to pick up your package in person.To pick up your package from the carrier’s local facility, you’ll need:

The Delivery Notice

Government ID (driver’s license, passport) that matches the package name and addressSecond ID with your name on it (credit card, social security card)The carrier can release the package only to the person included on the shipping address.

Shopping in the U.S.

Items purchased online from SpiderMall ship within the continental US only. No shipments can be made to P.O. Box addresses, United States territories, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or addresses outside of the United States. You may not export any products purchased online from SpiderMall.

Besides we can’t sale to U.S. territories

We can’t ship your order to a friend or family member residing within the 50 United States if your billing address is within one of the following United States territories:

  • Armed Forces Africa
  • Armed Forces Americas
  • Armed Forces Canada
  • Armed Forces Europe
  • Armed Forces Middle East
